If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return* * Please note that the delivery charge will be reimbursed when Tegusta is at fault. That is, if the wrong product is delivered, there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit) or Tegusta has breached a consumer guarantee. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer. ** Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, limits may apply, all exchange products must be in their original condition and packaging.
If you receive your online order and then change your mind, exchanges can be a possible at the discretion of Tegusta Customer Service within a week of accepting the delivery. Any price refunds will be effected within 30 days after Tegusta is notified of the reason, conditional upon any returned goods being collected in original saleable packaging condition. Freight charge will not be refunded.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer on delivery.
Tegusta recommends that alcohol only be consumed in moderation. A case of rum is heavy, so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight, transfer bottles 1 or 2 at a time.
